The team have squeezed in a de-fit of a commercial st retail store taking it back to scratch in readiness for a new tenant! Great to get ongoing support from local businesses in our region. #locals supporting locals
OTR MILLICENT
The teams kicking goals at OTR with the concrete forecourt all now poured, buildings well and truly coming together and boundary fencing , external cladding and canopy works next on the agenda . The team Grizzcon & GT Civil Solutions have been powering though the last fortnight to move it all along externally. Mick Ryan painting is well into his work , joinery is fitted and floors being polished by Angus Ralton at RSD this week. The Dycer team are second fixing and Maloney’s Plumbing, Hudson Plumbing and Roofing , Choices Flooring by Somerfields - Mount Gambier and @mgplasters on track for handover in five weeks.
Whats being built on the pad behind it? Plz tell me its a HJs 😅

I really hope that there is a bit of competition with k&s. Millicent needs it with lack of choice.
